Banned French sprint champion joins Enhanced Games

After serving two doping bans for as many years, former French sprinter Mouhamadou Fallhas found an event that welcomes him back to the track with open arms.

On Thursday, the doping-encouraged Enhanced Games announced that Fall is officially the first French athlete to join the start-up, and will compete in the 100m sprint alongside American 2022 world 100m championFred Kerley.

Competing in the inaugural Enhanced Games, set for May 24, 2026, allows Fall to return to the track before the end of his current doping ban, which expires in July 2026. That, and the lucrative US$500,000 prize purse ($250,000 awarded to winners), plus appearance fees and US$1 million if he breaks the 100m world record, adds up to a tempting return package. The controversial start-up now boasts a roster of 11 athletes across three events: seven swimmers, two weightlifters and two sprinters. Running Magazine
