Tokyo 2020 expected to use hotel as isolation facility during Olympics and Paralympics.

The hotel will be used to isolate any athletes suspected of having contracted COVID-19 at the Olympic and Paralympic Games. Those isolated would remain quarantined for 10 days. Inside The Games
